Please call 212-717-9500 during office hours or 212-451-9227 after hours and on weekends. The answering service should be able to have Dr. Vapnek respond to your call within 30 to 60 minutes. If you feel you have a life-threatening emergency, you should either call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room without delay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">On many days, the office can get quite busy, so routine phone calls may not be returned until after 5 PM, when Dr. Vapnek finishes seeing patients. For this reason, if you have a true emergency during office hours, you should call and let the office staff know that you need to speak to the doctor immediately.
